Job Description

This role involves contributing to the development of safety-critical mobility ECUs based on non-AUTOSAR architecture. The successful candidate will have a good understanding of AMT transmission or LV product portfolio and work with tech leads/architects to understand requirements and develop high-quality code for core software modules.

  • Develop unit/module test code and ensure appropriate test case coverage with defined software quality metrics.
  • Participate in all Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-up, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and sprint retrospectives.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess a master's/bachelor's degree in electronics/electronics & telecommunication/electrical/instrumentation engineering from an accredited institution. A minimum of 5+ years of experience, preferably in the automotive embedded domain, is required.

  • Strong fundamentals of programming in C, embedded system concepts, and software build process.
  • Good knowledge of embedded firmware development with 16-bit/32-bit microcontrollers, including board bring-up, testing, and debugging.
  • Experience with lab tools (debuggers, oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, …) and communication interfaces (I2C, SPI, CAN).
  • Strong stakeholder orientation, willingness to meet deadlines, and self-management skills.
