Job Summary:

Define and lead enterprise data strategy & governance across multiple platforms. Oversee the development and implementation of modern data architectures, leveraging technologies such as Snowflake, Databricks, AWS, and Kafka to drive business growth through data-driven decision making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive data governance framework ensuring data quality, security, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Lead the design and deployment of large-scale data systems, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with existing infrastructure.
  • Partner with stakeholders to identify business opportunities and develop data-driven solutions to drive revenue growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Mentor and lead a high-performing data engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence in data management.

Requirements:

  • 18+ years of experience in IT, with 8+ years in data architecture/engineering.
  • Strong expertise in large-scale, distributed data systems, including cloud-based technologies.
  • Deep experience in CPG/FMCG data use cases, such as CDPs, MMM, ProfitSphere, and inventory analytics.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive strategic initiatives forward.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with AI/ML enablement and large-scale data platform management.
  • Strong understanding of data governance, security, and compliance frameworks.
  • Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and driving business growth through data-driven initiatives.
