Enterprise Agile Leader Job

A seasoned professional is required to lead an enterprise Data Management Operations team. The ideal candidate will have experience driving Agile methodologies in large-scale environments, preferably within application development, data migrations, or data warehousing teams.

The successful individual will be joining a team focused on ensuring timely delivery for complex data warehouse migration projects. This involves collaboration between Data Governance, Data Engineering, Data Modeling, and Data Science lines of business as priorities change.

This is a full-time position with flexible working hours. A successful candidate must be able to manage time efficiently and navigate complex team dynamics effectively.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 5 years' experience leading Agile teams in an enterprise-level software release environment.
  • Expertise in Agile frameworks, such as Scrum or SAFe.
  • Prior experience working in Data Analytics organizations and/or managing data engineering/data science teams, Business Intelligence, data warehousing, or cloud (Platform as a Service/PaaS or Software as a Service/SaaS) migrations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Development Operations (ADO).
  • Basic SQL skills (Microsoft Access proficiency accepted).
  • Experience in Azure cloud preferred; alternate cloud provider expertise accepted.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving.
