Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage B2B travel queries from international agents and provide timely solutions.
  • Create customized itineraries with accurate costing and innovative features.
  • Handle end-to-end bookings with hotels, transport, guides, and other partners.
  • Maintain proactive follow-ups on payments, confirmations, and client updates.
  • Stay updated on destination trends to deliver cutting-edge solutions.
  • E nsure seamless operations and high-level client satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in inbound operations.
  • Strong knowledge of India & the Subcontinent, including its culture and history.
  • Demonstrated skills in itinerary planning, costing, and ground operations.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
  • Attention to detail, high organization, and ability to think critically.
