Job Title: Senior Event Coordinator

Job Summary:

About the Role:
  • Lead projects from conception to completion, collaborating with teams to deliver exceptional results and high-quality execution.
  • Act as primary point of contact for clients, fostering strong relationships to drive repeat business and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Closely work with Operations Teams to prepare budgets, manage client approvals, and adhere to financial plans, while aligning invoicing, vendor registration, payment terms, and other financial aspects with Finance Teams.
  • Develop strategies, experiential campaigns, and event concepts aligned with client objectives, ensuring timely project completion and post-event analysis/reports.
  • Guide and oversee junior team members, ensuring adherence to company standards before submitting work for final approval, and regularly report project updates to senior management.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Translate client briefs into compelling event concepts, strategies, and executions, ensuring high-quality delivery and customer satisfaction.
  2. Prepare and deliver strategic presentations and pitches to new and existing clients, showcasing event ideas and solutions that meet their needs.
  3. Maintain Gantt charts and relevant documents to ensure timely project completion, collaboration with teams, and effective communication with stakeholders.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop event concepts, designs, and strategies that meet client objectives and exceed expectations.
