About the Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled engineer to join our organization and contribute to designing, deploying, and managing scalable VoIP systems.

  • Design and deploy VoIP systems to meet organizational needs.
  • Maintain high-quality VoIP network performance, monitor call quality, and troubleshoot connectivity issues.
  • Develop comprehensive documentation of system configurations, processes, and procedures.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in the VoIP domain.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Telecommunications.
  • 3+ years of experience in Voice/VoIP engineering with expertise in real-time systems.
  • Solid understanding of SIP, RTP, SDP, and other VoIP protocols.
  • Strong programming skills in C or Golang.
  • Proven ability to plan and execute secure, resilient voice infrastructure.
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills with a systematic approach to resolving voice-related issues.
  • Hands-on experience with both Enterprise and Open Source VoIP solutions.
  • Solid grasp of networking fundamentals such as TCP/IP, UDP, DNS, and QoS.
  • Extensive experience working with Linux/Unix operating systems.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Background in speech recognition technologies, real-time voice streaming, or Voice AI.
  • Experience with backend programming.

Voice Engineering Expertise:

  • System Design and Deployment: Proven ability to design and deploy scalable VoIP systems.
  • Network Performance Monitoring and Troubleshooting: Ability to maintain high-quality VoIP network performance, monitor call quality, and troubleshoot connectivity issues.
  • Documentation and Process Development: Experience in developing comprehensive documentation of system configurations, processes, and procedures.
  • Industry Knowledge and Best Practices: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in the VoIP domain.
