Structural Engineering Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Structural Engineer to lead our team in designing and developing structural systems for various projects.

  • Collaborate with directors, project managers, and construction managers to develop and integrate processes and procedures
  • Deliver multiple projects or parts of larger projects to completion within expected timelines
  • Work closely with clients and design engineers to produce innovative designs
  • Ensure effective staff training initiatives and conduct timely performance reviews
  • Implement quality management and continuous improvement programs

Required Skills:

  • Proficiency in ETABS, SAFE, Revit, CAD, and advanced skills in Macros/VBA in Excel
  • Ability to work independently on projects and manage teams
  • Good organizational and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure
  • Experience in structural engineering building design on multidisciplinary projects

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with Timesheets, Tekla, Dynamo, and 3D structure modeling software
  • Experience with Precast Technology and hands-on experience in designing Precast Buildings
  • Structural design license
