Electrical Engineer Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to join our team as a Project Design Engineer. This role will involve leading the design execution from project kickoff to production start, developing product requirements, and collaborating with suppliers to meet deliverables and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead design execution from project kickoff to production start.
  • Develop product requirements, prototype samples, cost estimates, and testing plans.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure on-time delivery.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to meet deliverables and timelines.
  • Drive engineering solutions through design reviews, FMEA, and risk mitigation.
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering (minimum).
  • 7+ years' experience in automotive, battery, EV sensor, or related product environment.
  • Strong communication skills – fluent in English (written & spoken).
  • Proficient in technical report writing and public speaking.
  • Hands-on experience with laboratory equipment/tools for development, testing, and validation.
  • Expertise in circuit design, schematic layout, and DFM for PCBAs with contract manufacturers.
  • Skilled in the design of experiments and product validation testing.
