In this captivating role as a Public Relations Expert, you will take on the pivotal challenge of enhancing our clients' reputations and interests by developing and implementing effective PR strategies. Main Responsibilities:

  • Client & Media Engagement:
    • Forge daily relationships with clients and media professionals via telephone and email to develop and strengthen collaborative ties.
    • Navigate crisis situations with ease, ensuring 100% client retention and safeguarding their interests.
    • Provide clients with valuable insights about new promotional opportunities and PR campaign progress.
  • Media Monitoring & Coverage Analysis:
    • Keep pace with traditional and digital media sources, including newspapers, magazines, journals, broadcasts, social media, podcasts, blogs, and newswires.
    • Categorize, analyze, and evaluate media coverage to identify potential avenues for growth and emerging trends.
  • Publicity & Campaign Management:
    • Pioneer publicity strategies and campaigns to elevate clients' profiles and reinforce their reputation.
    • Devise, execute, and create quarterly roadmaps to achieve campaign objectives.
    • Prepare compelling briefs, scripts, campaign slogans, and responses for interviews.
    • Publish press releases, articles, and features in targeted media outlets.
    • Promote news stories and features to amplify visibility and engagement.
    • Document all campaigns, testimonials, and coverage to gauge success.
  • Event Organization:
    • Spearhead and manage press conferences, open days, exhibitions, tours, and visits to showcase clients' products and services.
    • Attend and promote client events to media platforms and relevant audiences.
    • Coordinate high-quality photography sessions to capture memorable images.
  • Brand Development:
    • Cultivate lasting relationships with brands and third parties on behalf of our esteemed clients.
    • Create quarterly and annual roadmaps aligned with client business objectives.
    • Leverage partnerships, sponsorships, and advertising opportunities to fortify clients' reputation.
  • Influencer & Thought Leadership Outreach:
    • Foster connections with industry leaders to expand awareness and influence.
    • Stay attuned to emerging trends, technologies, and influencer activities to remain at the forefront.
    • Conduct trend forecasting for clients and their industries to inform strategic communication plans.
  • Research & Analysis:
    • Commission market research to inform PR strategies and campaigns.
    • Undertake research on new business proposals and present findings to potential clients.
    • Analyze industry trends impacting clients and recommend tailored communication approaches to address challenges and seize opportunities.
  • Team Collaboration:
    • Motivate team members and cultivate an inclusive, open work environment to foster productivity and teamwork.
    • Maintain a network of resources to deploy when needed to support colleagues and deliver results.
