  • We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineer to lead the design and implementation of MEP systems, with a focus on fire protection systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project plans, including scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Maintain high-quality documentation, including AutoCAD drawings, MS Word reports, and MS Excel spreadsheets.
  • Schedule and witness contractor testing and commissioning results, ensuring compliance with specifications and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor and control subcontractor activities, supervising contractors, laborers, and vendors to ensure work meets specifications and deadlines.
  • Inspect work sites for code compliance and safety hazards, taking corrective action as necessary.
  • Ensure all plans meet regulatory requirements and facilitate problem-solving among stakeholders during construction.
  • Validate design issues related to Fire Fighting and suggest alternative solutions.
  • Coordinate and administer Fire Fighting related materials, systems, and shop drawings submittals.
  • Ensure timely billing and revenue recognition.

Requirements:

  • B.E/B. Tech Mechanical degree with minimum 3-5 years of experience in fire protection systems.
  • Excellent exposure to all aspects of Fire Fighting Systems, Sprinkler systems, and Fire alarm system.
  • Experience in managing at least one full cycle of project from starting to finish.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Word, and MS Excel.
  • Well-developed planning skills, ability to work within stringent financial, quality, and time-bound targets.
