**Job Title:**

Senior Business Leader

Our organization is seeking a seasoned Senior Business Leader to spearhead growth and profitability. In this pivotal role, you will oversee all aspects of the business, including sales, marketing, product development, and operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth and enhance profitability.
  • Build and lead high-performing teams to achieve company objectives.
  • Identify new market opportunities and devise plans to expand the customer base.
  • Craft and implement marketing campaigns to promote products and services.
  • Oversee product development initiatives, from ideation to launch.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless delivery of products and services.
  • Develop and manage organizational P&L, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
  • Monitor and mitigate key business risks, such as competitive threats and market fluctuations.
  • Nurture strong relationships with stakeholders, including investors, partners, and customers.

**Qualifications:**

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • At least 5+ years of senior leadership experience, with a track record of driving business growth and profitability.
  • Experience in the Ed-tech industry is highly desirable.
  • Strong business acumen and financial management skills, with P&L management experience.
  • Exceptional leadership and management skills, with the ability to build and lead high-performing teams.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to develop complex business plans.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with relationship-building expertise.
