Senior Regulatory Compliance Officer

This is a key role within our organization, responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance across all clinic locations.
Main Responsibilities- We are seeking an experienced professional to obtain and renew necessary approvals, including PCPNDT Act approvals, ART Registration, Bombay Nursing Home Registration, Fire NOC / Fire Safety clearances, Change of Usage and Municipal Permissions, Bio-Medical Waste Management approvals, Pollution Control Board clearance, Trade license, and other relevant compliances in a timely manner.
- The ideal candidate will establish and maintain strong relationships with local authorities, government departments, and external stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and compliance.
- Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
