About the Role

This position is for an individual who will be responsible for assembling and testing manufactured products according to company standards. The selected candidate must possess self-management skills, particularly in Daily Work Management (DWM), as well as ability to maintain on-time delivery and improve 5S practices in the shop floor.

  • Assemble and test manufactured products according to company standards
  • Self-manage targets in DWM and maintain OTD as per PDP target
  • Improve and sustain 5S practices in the shop floor
  • Educate team members about safety procedures and promote a safe working environment
  • Escalate technical constraints to Team leader or EPU for solution
  • Maintain tooling and handle equipment with care
  • Respect work package hours and support team improvement initiatives
  • Adhere to safety protocols and quality procedures
  • Propose process improvements through creative thinking

Responsibilities include following established safety procedures, handling company property with care, maintaining discipline and punctuality, and respecting documents and procedures to build quality in processes.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, applicants must meet the following requirements:

  • Minimum educational qualification of DECE / DEEE / DME
  • Knowledge of electrical and electronics equipment, as well as basic safety conditions

About You
