Job Title:

Senior Full Stack Engineer with Frontend Focus

Job Description:

This is a short-term project focusing on modernizing our legacy platform as a senior full stack engineer.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and maintain highly available resilient secure production systems on AWS cloud.
  • Migrate legacy UI systems to microservice architecture ensuring high quality secure code.
  • Upgrade legacy Java applications to Spring Boot applications ensuring high-quality secure code.
  • Test document and quality-proof work to meet business operational needs.
  • Maintain CI/CD pipelines for optimized deployment processes.
  • Troubleshoot issues to identify root cause and appropriate resolution.
  • Support production deployments operations and maintenance activities.
  • Monitor metrics and improve logging reporting and alerting.
  • Collaborate inside outside the team engaging with other engineering teams product managers support security teams.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related technical field equivalent practical experience.
  • Excellent knowledge experience working with Java Spring/Spring Boot legacy versions.
  • Experience working with JavaScript related frameworks including old frameworks like Backbone.js Marionette.js jQuery.
  • CI/CD practices build deployment technologies e.g Maven Jenkins Docker.
  • REST APIs AWS cloud infrastructure e.g EC2 RDS S3 Elastic Search.
  • Understanding of security concepts vulnerability management.
  • Strong communication collaboration skills.
