Job Title: Civil Infrastructure Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive professional to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Coordination
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and coordination throughout the project lifecycle.
    • Maintain regular and clear communication with stakeholders regarding project progress, milestones, and any issues that may arise.
    • Guide stakeholders through compliance procedures and ensure adherence to relevant policies and regulations.
  • Infrastructure Development
    • Oversee the development and implementation of infrastructure plans, including site preparation, construction, and completion.
    • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely and within-budget project delivery.
    • Verify that all infrastructure activities align with approved plans and guidelines.
  • Stakeholder Management
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with project stakeholders, including buyers/tenants, design consultants, vendors, and property management teams.
    • Ensure all client communications are acknowledged and responded to with appropriate solutions.
    • In the event of escalations, prepare a detailed case history and collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve the issue constructively and promptly.
  • Site Supervision
    • Schedule regular site inspections to ensure work progress aligns with approved plans and guidelines.
    • Ensure fit-out/interior activities by stakeholders do not damage common areas, services, or structural components.
    • Verify that noisy or disruptive activities are scheduled as per policy and do not impact other occupants.
  • Compliance and Safety Enforcement
    • Ensure stakeholders and their vendors follow all prescribed safety guidelines, including PPE use, fire safety, debris disposal, and restricted area access.
    • Enforce penalties or recommend halting work in case of serious non-compliance or safety violations.
    • Maintain records of work permits, insurance documents, and safety inductions.
  • Final Inspection and Close-Out
    • Conduct a final inspection upon completion of infrastructure works to confirm alignment with approved plans.
    • Document any deviations and coordinate rectification if required.
    • Ensure submission of as-built drawings and relevant authority approvals within stipulated time.
    • Support with certification for final occupancy clearance.
  • Documentation and Record Keeping
    • Maintain organized and accurate records of all communications, changes, visits, stakeholder approvals, and resolutions for accountability and future reference.
    • Maintain documentation of all project specifications and statutory approvals.
  • Process Improvement
    • Continuously enhance project management practices, tools, and workflows by collecting feedback from stakeholders and team members.
  • Closure and Customer Feedback
    • Collect customer feedback during and after project completion, initiate post-project support if required, and ensure smooth transition to after-sales/customer support team.
