Performance Test Engineer
As a Performance Test Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of our software systems. Your expertise will be crucial in evaluating the speed, reliability, and scalability of these products using various testing methodologies.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate the performance of software systems using thorough testing methodologies.
  • Analyze test results to create detailed reports on system performance.
  • Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks in software systems.
  • Collaborate with software developers and architects to optimize system performance.
  • Implement performance monitoring tools to detect and troubleshoot system performance issues.
  • Develop strategies and plans to enhance system performance.
  • Provide guidance on system performance to project teams and stakeholders.
  • Document performance-related processes, issues, and solutions for future reference.

Requirements:
  • At least 7 years of overall IT experience.
  • Proven experience as a Performance Engineer or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of performance testing tools and methodologies.
  • Technical skills in Java, Hibernate, JPA, JTA, Spring, XMLBeans, Web Services, XML, XSD, REST services, Microservices, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Kafka, SQL, IBM MQ, Active MQ, JMS, WebSphere/WebLogic, Unit testing tools like Junit, mocking libraries such as Mockito, Build tools like Gradle and Maven.

Desirable Skills:
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python.
  • Understanding and analysis DB AWR reports.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong communication skills to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
