We are seeking a skilled and experienced Sushi Chef de Partie to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and presenting sushi dishes to the highest standards.

• Ensure food quality and consistency by using only the freshest ingredients and adhering to strict preparation guidelines.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to create new sushi recipes and menus, taking into account seasonal ingredients and customer preferences.
• Manage inventory and order supplies as needed, minimizing waste and optimizing resources.

• Proven experience in sushi preparation and presentation, with a focus on knife skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices, with a commitment to maintaining a high level of cleanliness and organization.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
• Excellent team collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
• Creativity and attention to detail in food presentation, with a focus on creating visually appealing dishes that meet customer expectations.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success and a commitment to ongoing learning and development.
