Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a meticulous and driven Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in software testing, with a strong understanding of LiveOps processes and config validations.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute test plans and cases across new and existing game content, tools, and platforms
  • Ensure software functionality with exceptional detail and accuracy
  • Collaborate with developers, designers, artists, and product managers to identify potential quality risks early
  • Document issues using bug tracking software from discovery through resolution

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of professional QA experience in games or software testing
  • Strong understanding of LiveOps processes and config validations
  • High attention to detail and ability to spot inconsistencies quickly
  • Hands-on experience with bug tracking (Jira) and test management tools
