We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Tele Marketing Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads, scheduling appointments, and providing excellent customer service.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have experience with digital response-based lead handling, as well as excellent verbal communication skills. They will be responsible for engaging with customers and prospective customers over the phone to introduce our products and services, and to persuade them to purchase our offerings.

  • Lead Handling: We require the ability to handle digital responses from potential customers in an efficient and effective manner.
  • Customer Communication: Engaging with customers and prospective customers over the phone is essential for this role.
  • Lead Generation: Generating qualified leads for our sales team through persuasive calls to potential customers is a key part of this job.
  • Appointment Scheduling: Scheduling promising leads and appointments for our direct sales team to follow up on is crucial.
  • Script Adherence: Consistent communication and messaging is vital, and adherence to provided scripts is necessary.
  • Accurate Documentation: Accurately recording and maintaining details of all customer interactions is essential.

  • Education: A higher secondary qualification (12th Pass) or equivalent.
  • Language Proficiency: Required based on regional language needs.
  • Experience: 1 year of experience or freshers with a good communication background.
