Job Title: Financial Consultant for Oracle Fusion

The job role involves leading or supporting the implementation of Oracle Fusion Financials modules, encompassing General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, and Subledger Accounting.

  • Implementation & Configuration:
  • Configure financial modules based on client requirements using Oracle best practices.

The consultant will conduct requirement gathering sessions with business stakeholders, perform fit-gap analysis, and design functional solutions. Additionally, they will prepare functional specifications for reports, extensions, and integrations.

  • Functional Consulting:
  • Conduct requirement gathering sessions with business stakeholders.

The consultant will develop and execute test scripts for CRP, SIT, and UAT phases, support production cutover and post-go-live stabilization, define and oversee financial data migration strategies, collaborate with technical teams for integrations, and conduct user training and prepare user manuals.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience:
  • 5+ years in Oracle ERP Financials, with 2–3 years in Fusion Cloud.
  • Minimum one full-cycle Fusion Financials implementation.
  • Experience in industries like manufacturing, retail, banking, or public sector.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or IT.
  • Professional certifications like Oracle Cloud Financials, CA, CMA, or MBA Finance.
