Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop engaging content focused on education, careers, innovations, student initiatives, and campus life.
  • Contribute fresh story ideas and support field reporting when necessary.
  • Coordinate with designers and digital teams for timely and quality content delivery.
  • Lead and mentor a team of writers and interns, ensuring quality and consistency across all content.
  • Work closely with the editorial team to plan and structure content for our print and web editions.
  • Assign tasks, track progress, and provide editorial feedback to team members.
  • Edit and proofread articles for accuracy, clarity, and grammar.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Journalism, Mass Communication, or a related field.
  • 8 – 12 years of experience in journalism, preferably with a focus on education, youth, or career-related content.
  • Strong editing, writing, and storytelling skills.
  • Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple assignments.
