Strategic Advisor Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to collaborate with our team, leveraging expertise in Investment Banking and Asset Reconstruction. This high-visibility position demands a deep understanding of financial markets and strong deal-making experience.

Main Responsibilities

  • Closely work with the team to drive strategic business initiatives.
  • Apply knowledge of Investment Banking and capital markets to assess opportunities, risks, and deal structures.
  • Participate in daily meetings with the team to review developments and progress.
  • Provide regular reports on transaction status, restructuring processes, and deal pipelines.
  • Advise on structuring, negotiations, and execution strategies for acquisitions, distressed asset deals, and capital market transactions.
  • Support investment decisions, exits, and capital raising activities.
  • Ensure effective coordination between internal teams and external stakeholders.

Key Qualifications & Experience

  • 5–10 years of experience in Investment Banking, Asset Reconstruction, Private Equity, or Corporate Finance.
  • Proven track record in transaction execution, deal structuring, and financial advisory.
  • A well-established professional network across financial institutions, investors, and regulatory authorities.
  • Prior experience working with promoters, boards, or senior stakeholders in a strategic capacity.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset to thrive in a dynamic environment.
