Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Performance Tester to join our team at Allshore Technologies. As a Performance Tester, you will be responsible for ensuring the stability and scalability of our software applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and execute performance tests to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement in our applications.
  • Analyze test results to provide actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement performance enhancements and resolve issues.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of performance testing tools and techniques.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure our applications remain competitive.
Requirements
  • Hands-on experience with multiple performance testing tools, including NeoLoad, LoadRunner, JMeter, and APM tools like Dynatrace and AppDynamics.
  • Strong understanding of performance testing types – load, stress, endurance, spike, scalability.
  • Experience with CI/CD integration and solid knowledge of web technologies, including HTTP/HTTPS, REST APIs, and WebSockets.
  • Proficiency in SQL and database performance validation, as well as good understanding of OS-level performance monitoring.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Exposure to cloud-based performance testing and experience with scripting languages for automation.
  • Knowledge of microservices architecture and containerized environments, as well as understanding of shift-left performance testing practices.
