Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Excellence:
  • Lead new site mobilization and ensure smooth transitions
  • Deploy and manage manpower effectively
  • Maintain on-time, in-full (OTIF) delivery as per SLA/SLC agreements
  • Oversee waste elimination and material supply from stores to sites

Client & Compliance Management:

  • Client Engagement:
  • Track client satisfaction, manage complaints, and implement improvements
  • Conduct regular site inspections and performance audits

People & Resource Management:

  • Resource Optimization:
  • Coordinate with HR, Finance, Legal, and other departments for smooth site operations
  • Address staff welfare and handle disciplinary issues

Reporting & Documentation:

  • Performance Metrics:
  • Prepare site assessment reports and performance metrics

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Educational Qualification: Preferably Hotel Management or relevant industry experience
  • Experience: 3-5 years in facility management, housekeeping, security, or operations
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and crisis management skills
