Culinary Expert Required

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Culinary Expert to join our team. As a key member of the culinary department, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional dining experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Prepare and present high-quality dishes with a focus on regional and Himalayan-inspired cuisines.
  2. Contribute to menu development by incorporating local ingredients and traditional techniques.
  3. Maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and hygiene across all dishes.
  4. Train and mentor junior team members and Commis chefs.
  5. Work closely with the Sous Chef to optimize kitchen operations.
  6. Maintain inventory, monitor food wastage, and support procurement processes.
  7. Engage with guests, participate in live cooking sessions, and promote regional food offerings.

Candidate Requirements:

  1. A minimum of 3 years of professional kitchen experience in quality hotels or resorts.
  2. Strong expertise in Indian, Chinese, and regional cuisines, with knowledge of traditional cooking methods.
  3. A team-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills.
  4. An attention to detail, quality, and consistency in food preparation.
  5. The ability to thrive in a dynamic, remote hospitality environment.
