Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assisting in the preparation of operating budgets, financial statements, and reports to ensure accurate and timely information.
  • Processing requisitions and other business forms, checking account balances, and approving purchases to maintain efficient financial operations.
  • Providing guidance to other departments on best practices related to fiscal procedures to promote compliance and consistency.
  • Managing account records, issuing invoices, and handling payments to ensure seamless financial transactions.
  • Collaborating with internal departments to reconcile any accounting discrepancies and resolve issues promptly.
  • Analyzing financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement, assisting with audits, reviews, and tax preparations to ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Updating financial spreadsheets and reports with the latest available data to provide actionable insights.
  • Reviewing existing financial policies and procedures to ensure they are up-to-date and effective.
  • Providing assistance with payroll administration to ensure accurate and timely processing.
