Job Description:

A successful Associate Product Manager will collaborate with senior product managers to develop a comprehensive product strategy and actionable roadmap. They will work closely with engineering, UI/UX teams to translate product requirements into functional designs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop product strategy and roadmaps in collaboration with senior product managers
  • Liaise with engineering and UI/UX teams to translate product requirements into functional designs
  • Conduct customer research to drive product enhancements and new features
  • Track and monitor key product metrics and KPIs across all product lines
  • Identify and implement adoption and growth strategies to enhance the acquisition and retention funnel for individual products
  • Manage RFP pipelines and ensure cross-team collaboration

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize and balance various product demands
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools and understanding of analytics best practices
  • Experience in product management with a focus on analytics
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • MBA or advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in product management with a significant focus on product analytics
  • Experience in the B2B sector, ideally with products targeting the construction or public sector
