Senior Paid Social Media Manager

We are seeking an experienced Paid Social Media Manager to join our team at Jellyfish. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing paid social media campaigns across various platforms, including Meta, Snap, Pinterest, and TikTok.
You will be responsible for managing daily operations, including pacing, QA, implementing optimizations, insight-writing, campaign set-up, and collaborating with other teams and clients. Additionally, you will demonstrate an understanding of our book of business as it relates to paid social strategy, collaborate with the client Strategy and Media Planning team in leading media plans and roadmap development, and establish client relationships to provide valuable insights, optimizations, and testing opportunities.
As a Paid Social Media Manager at Jellyfish, you will have the opportunity to work with some of the biggest brands on the planet and collaborate with our team to achieve common goals. You will also be client-centric, team-oriented, and adaptable, with a willingness to learn and grow with the company.
In this role, you will be responsible for retaining and growing client revenue to achieve company and team goals. You will bring new ideas and solutions to client relationships, present ongoing meetings, ensure account processes are upheld through rigorous QA, and identify areas for improvement.
You will also excel in coaching and retaining team members, developing their tactical and account management skills, including insight writing. You will be an escalation point to resolve team and account issues, support the development and documentation of best practices for campaign management, and pursue opportunities to work and integrate social with broader planning efforts.
Qualifications for this role include proficiency with Google Suite (Sheets, Slides, Docs) and improving workflows, attention to detail during the QA process, campaign set-up, pacing, optimizations, A/B testing, insight-writing, and data pulling. You should have 6+ years of executional experience in Paid Social platforms, including knowledge in Campaign Manager 360 and familiarity with leadership of paid media departments.
