Job Description

OmniActive Health Technologies seeks a highly skilled Project Manager to lead the successful execution of projects within the Pilot Plant Operations department. This role is responsible for ensuring profitable operations, driving efficient and cost-effective management of projects, and promoting safety, compliance, and continuous improvement across all manufacturing facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the Pilot Plant Operations team to achieve business objectives, including leading, directing, and controlling day-to-day manufacturing operations.
  • Responsible for costing of products, mapping capacity, and proposing investment requirements for new products.
  • Develop and manage site capex investment plans, including rolling forecasts for the next 2-3 years.
  • Assist in reviewing and obtaining approval for Capital Expenditure Requests (CER) from top management.
  • Conceive, engineer, execute, and complete projects with utmost safety, quality, time, and cost efficiency.
  • Manage the execution of HAZOP studies and ensure timely completion.
  • Provide technical input on project requirements, summarize design criteria, and develop project organization structures.
  • Coordinate procurement activities, review quotes, and provide technical comparisons for purchasing capital equipment.
Qualifications and Experience:

The ideal candidate will possess a B.Tech in Chemical Engineering and have 18-22 years of experience in project management, preferably in the chemical or pharmaceutical industry. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential for this role.
