SAP Security Specialist

Job Description

SAP security is a critical component of an organization's overall information security strategy. The SAP Security Specialist will be responsible for implementing and maintaining the security configuration of the SAP system, ensuring that all security measures are up-to-date and compliant with regulatory requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • End-to-End SAP S/4HANA Security Implementation Expertise: The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in designing and implementing end-to-end SAP S/4HANA security solutions.
  • SOX Audit Requirements and Segregation of Duties (SoD) Knowledge: A thorough understanding of SOX audit requirements and segregation of duties issues is essential for this role.
  • SAP Fiori and S/4HANA Security Proficiency: Proficiency in working with SAP tables like AGR, USH, and USR is mandatory.
  • Business Requirement Gathering and Scope Definition: The ability to define scope and gather business requirements for SAP security roles is crucial.
  • Standard SAP Business Processes Understanding: A strong understanding of standard SAP business processes, associated risks, and SoD is required.
  • Audit Support and Resolution: Experience in collaborating with internal and external audit teams, participating in SAP audit discussions, addressing queries, and resolving related issues is necessary.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office applications and advanced knowledge in security authorization within S/4HANA and Fiori environments.
