Financial Operations Professional

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Financial Operations Specialist. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing financial data, processing transactions, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze financial information from various sources, ensuring accurate recording of transactions.
  • Process journal entries, accounting transactions, and reconcile financial data.
  • Maintain hierarchies in the general ledger and manage cost centers effectively.
  • Record and control physical records and financial activities related to fixed assets.
  • Prepare financial reports and analyses, including monitoring periodic revenue and expenses.
  • Post bank statements daily and prepare journal entries for accruals, reclassifications, and adjustments.
  • Perform month-end close activities as per agreed timelines.
  • Reconcile balance sheet accounts and prepare cash flow statements.
  • Manage inter-company processes and ensure variations within threshold limits.
  • Process addition/disposal/retirement requests for fixed assets.
  • Prepare statutory analysis to support monthly and quarterly reporting deliverables.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 15 years of regular education (10+2+3).
  • Non-technical graduation in any stream - B.COM, M.COM or similar (Preferred).
  • Flexibility with night shifts and rotation shifts.
  • Aadhar/PAN photocopies required.
  • Candidates must have registered EPs.
  • TCS application form submission mandatory during the drive.
  • End-to-end knowledge in Record to Report Process.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
