As a core member of our organization, you will play a vital role in ensuring compliance with statutory regulations and corporate laws.

We are seeking an experienced professional to provide strategic advisory on corporate governance and statutory matters as required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate and ensure compliance with the Companies Act and other relevant regulatory frameworks.
  • Develop, review, and maintain accurate records, registers, and returns.
  • Prepare and submit necessary forms and documents to the appropriate authorities.
  • Organize and conduct Board Meetings, Annual General Meetings, and Extraordinary General Meetings.
  • Draft minutes of meetings and maintain proper records.
  • Advise on best practices for corporate governance and develop legal documents.
  • Collaborate with regulators and external advisors as needed.
Required Skills & Competencies:
  • In-depth knowledge of corporate law and governance principles.
  • Strong analytical and drafting skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Attention to detail and high standards of accuracy.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Qualified Professional with experience in corporate law and compliance.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a related field.
