ERP Operations Manager

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional to manage day-to-day ERP operations, ensuring smooth workflow across departments. The ideal candidate will oversee the management of various modules, handle data entry, validation, and reporting, and support end-users in resolving functional and technical issues related to ERP.

This role requires strong knowledge of ERP systems, particularly modules such as CRM, Sales, Finance, Projects, Purchase, and Inventory. Proficiency in MS Excel is also essential for generating insightful MIS reports and analyzing data. Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating with internal teams and vendors for ERP enhancements, upgrades, and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee day-to-day ERP operations across modules.
  • Handle data entry, validation, and reporting to maintain accuracy and compliance.
  • Support end-users by resolving functional and technical issues related to ERP.
  • Generate, analyze, and share MIS reports, dashboards, and custom reports as per business needs.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for ERP enhancements, upgrades, and troubleshooting.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • 2–5 years of proven hands-on experience in ERP systems.
  • Strong knowledge of modules such as CRM, Sales, Finance, Projects, Purchase, and Inventory.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, reporting).
  • Ability to analyze data and generate insightful MIS reports.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.
