Valve Standards Expert – Mumbai

The ideal candidate will possess strong technical knowledge and excellent communication skills, enabling them to effectively coordinate with internal and external stakeholders. This includes a thorough understanding of valve standards, including BS, API, ISO, and radiography standards.
Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating with the production team and participating in regular meetings
- Managing orders being processed, identifying bottlenecks, hold points, rejections, and material shortages
- Providing exceptional customer service, ensuring timely follow-up and after-sales support
