Customer Experience Trainer
The role of the Regional Retail Trainer is a vital link between training and store teams, ensuring effective knowledge transfer on customer service, sales techniques, and product information.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Training Delivery & Facilitation:
- Conduct interactive workshops for store staff to enhance their understanding of customer interaction and sales strategies.
- Implement experiential learning exercises, simulations, and real-time coaching.
- Deliver regular feedback to employees to improve their performance.
- Onboarding & Development:
- Collaborate with Store Managers and Champions to onboard new hires efficiently.
- Assist in leadership development to cultivate a pipeline of high-performing employees.
- Performance Monitoring & Feedback:
- Track training effectiveness using metrics such as NPS, conversion rates, and customer reviews.
- Provide one-on-one coaching and team feedback sessions to address skill gaps.
- Help stores meet their sales and customer service goals.
- Store Visits & Training Audits:
- Regularly visit stores to observe customer interactions and offer immediate guidance.
- Conduct store training audits to ensure consistency with company standards.
- Identify top-performing employees and recommend them for promotions or advanced training programs.
Requirements:
- Experience: At least 5 years in retail training, sales training, or customer experience coaching.
- Retail Expertise: In-depth knowledge of customer interaction, sales psychology, and product positioning.
- Training & Facilitation: Strong ability to deliver engaging, hands-on training sessions.
- Leadership Skills: Passion for developing frontline employees and motivating store teams.
- Communication Skills: Ability to engage, inspire, and guide retail associates at different skill levels.
- Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel to multiple stores within the assigned region.
