As a senior specialist in End User Computing, you will be responsible for managing JAMF administration to provide efficient MAC device management, user identity, and endpoint protection.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement best-of-breed vulnerability and security processes.
  • Configure Microsoft Intune for device management and policy implementation.
  • Ensure security compliance across the global endpoint estate using JAMF, SCCM, MECM, and Azure.
  • Collaborate with service delivery, IT security, and desktop support teams to manage and triage incidents.
  • Escalate issues to third-party vendors.
  • Work closely with engineering, packaging, senior technical management, product owners, and project managers to support technology across the collaboration stack.
  • Analyze log files and windows events to identify incidents and performance issues.
  • Manage product enhancements via Agile processes.
  • Provide management reporting of end-to-end services.
  • Ensure the EUC estate meets audit requirements.

Skills and Qualifications:
  • Advanced knowledge of JAMF, SCCM, MECM, and Azure.
  • Experience with Microsoft Intune and configuration policies.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and team collaboration skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
