Software Quality Assurance Manager

The role requires a seasoned professional to lead and manage a team responsible for ensuring the quality of software products. As a key member of the organization, you will be instrumental in building and maintaining a culture of excellence within the team.

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • A minimum of 12 years of overall experience in the wireless field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in setting up and managing teams of 5-10 members.
  • Proven ability to deliver results under minimal supervision.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong technical skills with proficiency in C, Java, Python, and related technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of software professionals to ensure delivery of high-quality software products.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
  • Ensure timely completion of projects and maintain open communication with stakeholders.
  • Conduct regular team meetings and provide feedback on performance.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
  • Familiarity with embedded software development and testing.
  • Knowledge of version control systems such as Git.
  • Proficiency in programming languages including C++, Java, and scripting languages like Perl, Python, or Tcl Expect.
  • Understanding of data communications and networking fundamentals.
