Product Presentation Specialist

About the Role:
This role involves providing expertise in visual merchandising to enhance the store's product display and image. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of visual commercializers, guiding them to perform their duties efficiently, and ensuring that products are displayed in accordance with the company's standards.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain a deep understanding of products in a fashionable and commercial context, including knowledge of materials, fabrics, and styles. Regularly communicate and provide feedback to the product department regarding stock, trends, and competitors' market analysis.
2. Customer Service: Apply the company's customer service methods and tailor services to meet customers' specific needs. Provide exceptional customer experiences that meet or exceed expectations.
3. Visual Merchandise: Implement and manage visual merchandising standards to improve product displays and store image. Analyze and display products in accordance with head office guidelines, and optimize furniture for specific store displays (hangers, benches, tables, etc.).
4. Product Reception: Manage the product delivery process, apply replenishment procedures, and ensure accurate inventory management.
5. Team Management and Development: Guide and train visual commercials to perform their duties efficiently, and foster a collaborative team environment that encourages growth and development.
6. Loss Prevention: Participate in inventory management, follow security procedures (fitting rooms, cash desks, zoning), and educate colleagues on these practices to minimize inventory loss.
7. Stock Management: Organize stock room operations, utilize available tools for timely stock rotation, and maintain up-to-date inventory records.
