Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Presentation Specialist who can transform raw content and data into compelling pitch presentations and infographics. This role requires the ability to quickly understand the core message, target audience, and context of the presentation, and then craft tailored visual content that aligns with brand tone and pitch objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design high-impact pitch presentations for internal and external stakeholders, tailored to business goals and audience expectations.
- Translate complex concepts and raw data into clear, visually engaging slides and infographics.
- Collaborate with account, strategy, and creative teams to understand the presentation narrative, core messaging, and audience insights.
- Customize and structure content for maximum clarity and impact, ensuring a strong storytelling flow.
- Create reusable presentation templates and visual assets, maintaining brand consistency across all materials.
- Ensure presentations meet both design standards and functional requirements (easy to present, editable formats).
- Work under tight timelines and handle multiple projects in parallel.

Required Skills and Experience:

- 3–6 years of proven experience in presentation design, visual storytelling, or pitch deck development, ideally within a marketing or creative agency.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Google Slides, and Keynote.
- Strong skills in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign. Working knowledge of After Effects is a plus.
- Ability to interpret business content, adapt tone and style, and make it visually digestible for varied target audiences.
- Excellent sense of typography, layout, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
- Sharp attention to detail and high design quality standards.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience working on new business pitches, client presentations, or C-suite decks.
- Understanding of marketing language, brand positioning, and consumer psychology.
- Ability to simplify technical or complex data into infographic formats.
