Job Title: Senior Clinical Statistical Programmer

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the position of Senior Clinical Statistical Programmer. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing hands-on support for large-scale complex projects, solving critical technical problems, and ensuring excellence and high quality in the programming of analysis-ready datasets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in the review of Case Report Forms (CRFs), CRF annotations, Statistical Analysis Plans, SDTM/ADAM specifications, datasets, and TLFs.
  • Evaluate all statistical activities against internal and external quality standards, SOPs/WPDs, ICH-GCP, and/or other international/local regulatory requirements.
  • Mentor and train junior team members to ensure their growth and development within the company.
  • Responsible for code reviews and quality checks on deliverables to ensure they meet the required standards.
  • Raise issues related to timelines, deliverables, and quality directly and act as the key communicator in resolving problems at a team level.

Core Strengths:

  • The candidate should have strong technical skills and hands-on experience in Statistical Programming.
  • Prior experience in handling complex efficacy domains and TFLs is essential.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant industry experience.
  • Proficiency in SAS and CDISC for programming, as well as programming management skills for the project leader role.
  • Prior experience in specialized therapeutic areas such as oncology, immunology, and neurology would be beneficial.
