Construction BIM Engineer Role

We are seeking a skilled BIM Engineer to join our team. This full-time position involves creating construction drawings using AutoCAD or equivalent software and 3D modeling experience using Revit Software.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in BIM modeling and coordination, proficiency in BIM software such as Revit and AutoCAD, and strong knowledge of construction processes and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Set up projects, create parametric families, provide materials, and manage the Revit server from a production perspective.
  • Complete attachment, detail markups for company products.
  • Translate less specific design direction into functional documents.
  • BIM Modeling:
  • Create 3D BIM models using industry-standard software (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD).
  • Implement BIM best practices, including LOD (Level of Development) standards.
  • Perform clash detection and resolution to identify and resolve design conflicts.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A relevant degree in Architecture field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in BIM modeling and coordination.
  • Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, AutoCAD.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes and industry standards.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.

Additional Information:

This is a day shift role, Monday to Friday, with late evening hours required occasionally to have an overlap with the U.S.-based team.
