Job Opportunity: Laboratory Technician

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Laboratory Technician to play a vital role in supporting the development and improvement of innovative products. The successful candidate will work hands-on in laboratory settings, preparing and testing formulations, maintaining lab equipment, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and providing essential support to technology and R&D teams.

This position directly contributes to our innovation pipeline and ongoing leadership in the industry. The Laboratory Technician will blend and test new product formulations and raw materials in laboratory settings, coordinate and conduct analytical testing, assist in small-scale R&D or technical support projects, manage laboratory raw material inventory, maintain quality control over supplies, oversee equipment maintenance, and conduct minor equipment repairs independently where qualified.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, candidates must have:

  • Completed chemical or laboratory-related education (e.g., diploma or degree in chemistry, chemical engineering, or similar)
  • Practical lab experience is preferred but not mandatory
  • Strong procedural understanding and hands-on craftsmanship in a lab environment desirable
  • Working knowledge of safety compliance and standards in a laboratory setting
