Exciting opportunity for a seasoned Data Engineer to join our team and lead the design, development, and maintenance of cutting-edge Business Intelligence solutions.

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Engineer with expertise in Microsoft BI tools to drive data pipeline development, reporting, and visualization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing efficient ETL processes, building complex SQL queries, and creating interactive dashboards to meet business and regulatory needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain high-quality BI solutions using SQL Server, SSIS, SSRS, and Power BI.
  • Design and optimize SQL queries for large datasets, ensuring high-performance delivery.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and project managers to deliver innovative solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical/data issues, ensuring seamless system operation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience in the Microsoft BI stack (SQL Server, SSIS, SSRS, Power BI).
  • Strong knowledge of SQL query optimization and database performance.
  • Hands-on experience with ETL design and development.
  • Exposure to Azure DevOps (CI/CD) and Agile methodology.

Nice to Have (Optional):

  • Knowledge of Python, PySpark, Airflow, or cloud technologies (Kubernetes, microservices).
  • Experience with other BI tools like Tableau, Qlik, or Cognos.
