About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a team that delivers high-quality rail track design and infrastructure development projects.

We are looking for a highly skilled professional to take on the role of Track Alignment Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing horizontal and vertical center lines for tracks, ensuring precision and accuracy.

The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of various design methodologies in elevated sections, as well as experience with rail design software such as swept path analysis, regression analysis, and drainage.

In addition to technical skills, we are seeking a self-motivated individual with outstanding leadership skills and the ability to influence without authority. The successful candidate will be able to lead a team effort, make independent decisions, and be a good trouble-shooter.

Responsibilities include preparing preliminary designs for track alignment, conducting quality checks and assurance for deliverables, reviewing meetings, and issue resolutions. The successful candidate will also visit sites for interface and monitoring purposes to ensure construction activity and site conditions.

Qualifications include a graduate degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution, with a minimum of 10 years total experience, out of which 5 years should be in relevant experience in track alignment of metro projects.

Required Skills include excellent written and oral English communication skills, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work within a culturally diverse organization.
