UI/UX Design Position

  • Collaborate with developers and project managers to ensure that design solutions meet business objectives and user expectations.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and refine user experiences.
Key Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Designing user interfaces and user experiences for web and mobile applications.
  • Creating wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and mockups to communicate design concepts and ideas.
  • Collaborating with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of design solutions.
  • Conducting user research and usability testing to gather insights and refine user experiences.
  • Maintaining consistency of design across all platforms and adhering to brand guidelines.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, or Illustrator.
  • Solid understanding of design principles including layout, typography, color theory, and branding.
  • Familiarity with responsive design and grid systems for various screen sizes and devices.
  • Experience in creating design systems and component libraries.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and front-end technologies to effectively communicate with developers.
  • Understanding of accessibility standards and user experience best practices.
