Hotel Operations Manager

This position is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel's front desk, including handling reservations, wake-up calls, and guest services.

  • Assist guests with their queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Manage room charges, process invoices, and balance cash drawers to ensure accuracy and security.
  • Monitor and track financial metrics such as room occupancy rates and revenues to inform business decisions.
  • Prepare end-of-day reports and summaries for management review.
  • Verify completion of tasks by previous shifts and communicate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Audit and reconcile daily financial accounts, including revenue, charges, and payments.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely and efficient manner.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of front desk experience at a managerial level.
  • Basic math and accounting skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and PMS software.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Degree in Hotel Management or related field.
