Job Title: Digital Fault Tolerance Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Digital Fault Tolerance Specialist to lead our digital fault tolerance efforts and contribute to the success of our company.

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to take charge of developing and implementing digital fault tolerance techniques in our designs. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of reliability and quality.

  • Digital Fault Tolerance Concepts: In-depth knowledge of scan insertion, ATPG, coverage analysis, transition delay test coverage analysis, and MBIST insertion and memory test validation.
  • Test Mode Timing Constraints Definition: Expertise in defining test mode timing constraints with the ability to provide timing fixes/corrective actions for timing violations.
  • Scripting Languages: Proficiency in scripting languages such as perl and shell.
  • RTL and Gate Level Simulations: Experience in RTL and gate level simulations of scan and MBIST test vectors.
  • Equivalence Check and DFT DRC Rules: Knowledge of equivalence check and DFT DRC rules in both RTL lint tools (like spyglass) and ATPG tools like TetraMax.
  • TetraMax/DFTMax and Encounter Test: Familiarity with Synopsis TetraMax/DFTMax and Cadence Encounter Test is a plus.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 7-15 years of experience in the field of digital fault tolerance.
  • A strong background in computer science or a related field.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with good English language proficiency.
