Job Description:
We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Data Entry Operator. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, a keen eye for accuracy, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

The primary responsibility of this position is to accurately enter data from various sources into designated computer systems, databases, or spreadsheets. This includes physical forms, scanned documents, handwritten notes, audio recordings, digital files, and web forms. The successful candidate will also be responsible for verifying the accuracy and completeness of entered data by comparing it against source documents or performing cross-checks.

In addition to data entry, the successful candidate will maintain organized physical and digital records of all source documents and entered data. They will ensure proper filing, archiving, and retrieval of documents as per company procedures. Furthermore, they will assist in managing electronic files and folder structures.

As a Data Entry Operator, you will handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism, strictly adhering to data protection policies. You will also prepare basic reports, summaries, or statistical data from entered information as required by the supervisor. Additionally, you will communicate effectively with team members or supervisors to clarify ambiguous data, resolve discrepancies, or obtain missing information.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
• 1-2 years of experience in data entry or a related field
• Bachelor's degree in any field (B.A, B.C.A, B.B.A, B.Com, B.Sc)
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Marathi and Hindi for daily workplace interactions
• Basic English proficiency may be beneficial for understanding software interfaces or certain documents
