Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Entry Level Data Executive to join our team. As an Entry Level Data Executive, you will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining various types of data into company systems, databases, or spreadsheets.

You will also ensure data integrity and confidentiality by following established procedures and guidelines.

Responsibilities:

  • Accurately enter, update, and maintain various types of data into company systems, databases, or spreadsheets.

  • Ensure data integrity and confidentiality by following established procedures and guidelines.

  • Prepare, process, and organize various documents, reports, and records, both physical and digital.

  • Maintain a systematic filing system for easy retrieval.

  • Ensure all operational records, customer information, transaction details, and other relevant data are meticulously maintained and updated.

  • Handle internal and external correspondence, including emails and letters, as directed.

  • Assist in drafting routine communications.

  • Generate various operational reports, summaries, and analyses as required by different departments.

  • Address and resolve internal queries related to data, documents, or processes in a timely and efficient manner.

  • Coordinate with various internal departments to facilitate information flow and provide necessary administrative support.

  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency enhancements in back-office operations and suggest solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.

  • Familiarity with data entry software and systems.
