Job Title:

A seasoned marketing expert is sought after to spearhead Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns. This individual will be responsible for driving real leads, revenue, and return on ad spend (ROAS).

Main Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to launch, manage, and optimize Google Performance Max and Meta Ads campaigns.
  • Target Audience: Focus on local and regional small to medium-sized businesses in North America.
  • Test-and-Scale Approach: Build hypotheses, validate with data, and scale winning campaigns.
  • Campaign Optimization: Improve campaign structure, creative assets, ad copy, audience signals, and bidding strategies.
  • Reporting and Insights: Provide weekly reports and actionable insights on CPC, CPL, ROAS, lead quality, and other key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Campaign Performance Ownership: Be accountable for hitting lead and sales KPIs.
  • Collaboration: Coordinate with internal sales/marketing teams on alignment and landing page optimization.

You Must Have:

  • Mandatory Google and Meta Ads Certification.
  • Proven experience running Google Performance Max and Meta Ads campaigns for SMBs.
  • Strong understanding of North American SMB segments and customer behavior.
  • Ability to set up conversion tracking, first-party audience signals, and campaign structure for maximum performance.
  • Expertise in lead generation, ROAS optimization, and budget scaling.
  • Strong communication, English proficiency, and ownership of results.
